The Selecto SMF NF620-2 Nanofiltration System is specifically designed for mechanical and chemical reduction in areas where water contains high TDS and high hardness associated with other contaminants. Higher TDS and hardness can cause many problems for food equipment, but also bad beverage taste and odor.

This advanced system is a jumbo-sized, multi-application problem solver that will produce safe, clean ingredient water on demand. Applications include fountain, juice, ice, steamers, coffee, tea, espresso, and warewashing machines.

The Selecto SMF NF620-2 Nanofiltration System is capable of removing chlorine and chaloramine, cyst, and particulate (Class I: 0.5-1.0 micron). It uses Selecto's proprietary Hollow Carbon^TM and nanomembrane technology, to remove high TDS and hardness. The SMF IC620 filter features high flow, high capacity for contaminants reduction, and lower pressure drop during a whole filters life, which provides efficient pressure for post-membrane filter operation.

Unlike conventional reverse osmosis systems, the SMF NF620-2 operates at a lower pressure, with higher flow (2gpm). The Nanofiltration membrane has a lower fouling rate and does not generate corrosive water. Its also environmentally friendly, with less waste-water generation and energy consumption compared to RO systems.
